As the year comes to an end, I have some very good news. Legislative efforts in the House of Representatives to restrict your company's continued access to over-the-counter (OTC) markets has been defeated.

The first session of the 52nd Oklahoma Legislature concluded at the end of May 2009. During this session, SB 990 which proposed guidelines for online courthouse records has become dormant.
